In early 2024, I went looking for a taste of home, something I had missed since moving to the UK. I drove to a favourite grocer with a simple plan: pick up the item, pay and go home happy. The shelf was empty.
That happens. Stores run out. But the same kind of friction kept showing up in different places.
I could not stop thinking about it. The problem was not that retailers did not care. The problem was that the tools around them made simple work feel scattered. So I began speaking with store managers, watching inventory routines and studying checkout flows late into the night.
EzyCarto grew from that frustration. It is built to help a store take payment, keep stock cleaner, understand customers and see what is happening in the business without jumping between separate systems.
