Billing and VAT
Paid plans are currently billed monthly. Displayed EzyCarto subscription and extra-location prices exclude VAT. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
Trials, cancellation and refunds
Trial length is shown on each plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Payment processing
Stripe controls payment-processing fees. These charges are separate from the EzyCarto subscription price and can change at the processor's discretion.
Hardware and applications
EzyCarto subscription prices do not include compatible devices, optional card readers, connectivity, or supplier hardware charges.
