Delete your EzyCarto account

Use this page to request deletion of your account and associated personal data. For security, we’ll email a one-time link to verify the request before any deletion happens.

If you still have the app and can sign in, you can also delete from Profile → Delete account.

What gets deleted: your profile and account data (name, email, settings).
What we retain: receipts / transaction records required for fraud prevention and tax/audit purposes, stored separately and no longer linked to your profile.
